Returns & Refunds Policy
At Isley Lane, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and designs. Please read the following return guidelines carefully before making your purchase:
Digital Downloads
All digital files are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted for any reason once the purchase is complete.
Apparel & Physical Products
Returns are only accepted if the error is on our part (such as receiving the wrong item, size, or design).
To be eligible for a return:

You must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped: unworn, unwashed, free of stains, odors, or pet hair.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned in poor condition or outside of the return window will not be accepted.
Essence Collection (Candles, Wax Melts, Freshies, etc.)
Due to the nature of these items, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged during shipping.
In order to initiate a return or replacement:

You must contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging are required.

The damaged product must be returned, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or neglect after delivery.
DTF Prints – No Refund Policy
All DTF (Direct-to-Film) print orders are final sale. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of these products, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Ensure artwork is correctly sized and formatted before submission.

Verify all details, including spelling, colors, and placement.

Confirm that the print size is appropriate for the intended garment or substrate.
We are not responsible for issues resulting from customer-submitted files, improper application, or garment incompatibility. If an error occurs on our end, we will work with you to make it right.

Disclaimer:
Colors may appear different in person due to screen settings and monitor variations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct size is chosen and that the design fits the intended garment properly. We are not responsible for any misuse, application errors, or handling of the product once it has left our facility.
