Terms of Use – Digital Design Files

By purchasing and downloading any digital design from [Your Business Name], you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. All Sales Are Final

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided.

  • Please double-check sizing, format, and compatibility before purchase.

2. Personal Use Only

  • Designs are for personal and small business use (under 100 physical end products).

  • Commercial use (100+ items) is not permitted without a proper commercial license.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Print-on-demand (POD) usage is strictly prohibited (e.g., Printful, Zazzle, Teespring, etc.).

  • You may not edit, modify, or alter the files for resale.

  • You may not resell, share, trade, or distribute the design in any digital form, including but not limited to SVG bundles, freebies, or resale sites.

  • You may not claim the design as your own in any format.

4. Watermarking Requirement

  • All images, including in-real-life (IRL) product photos and mockups, must be watermarked to protect the integrity of the design.

  • This includes product previews shared on websites, social media, or sales platforms.

5. Printing Services

  • We proudly offer DTF transfers and sticker printing services if you need assistance producing physical items from your purchased designs.

6. Ownership & Licensing

  • All designs remain the intellectual property of [Your Business Name].

  • Your purchase provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design within these terms.

By purchasing any digital file from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use.

 

Terms of Service – Apparel, Essence Collection & Physical Products

By purchasing from Isley Lane, LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service governing all physical products, including apparel and items from our essence collection:

1. Order Processing & Turnaround Time

  • All products are made to order, and production begins once payment is received.

  • Standard processing time is 7–12 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping is available within the United States.

  • Once an item has shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been fulfilled.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final unless there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, misprint, or size not as ordered).

  • In the case of a verified error, the customer must:

    • Notify us within 2 business days of delivery/pick-up.

    • Provide clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

    • Return the item in original, unworn, and unwashed condition, free from odors or stains.

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items due to sizing issues, customer error, or change of mind.

4. Essence Collection Policy

  • Due to the nature of these products (candles, wax melts, freshies, room sprays, etc.), returns are not accepted unless:

    • The product is damaged in transit. 

    • In that case, clear photos of the damage and packaging are required to be shipped back at the customer’s expense within 3 business days of delivery. Contact us at isleylanellc@gmail.com to discuss issues with your order.

    • Approved returns must include both the damaged product and original packaging.

5. Product Care

  • Follow care instructions included with your order or listed on the product page to ensure the longevity of your items.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to misuse, improper washing, or mishandling.

6. Color Disclaimer

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or dye lots.

  • We are not responsible for slight variations in color or poor pairing choices on customized items.

7. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are final sale once design approval has been given.

  • Please double-check all spelling, details, and personalization before approving mockups or processing your order.
